Your initial bids must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 3, 2007. Thereafter, all bidders will be contacted by telephone and given the opportunity to increase their bid. Bidding will continue in this fashion until only one bidder remains. The final bidder will be the purchaser. You must be available by telephone on Monday evening. Ownership passes to buyer at conclusion of auction when buyer is informed of winning bid.

Bidding will be in increments of $100 until a calf reaches $2000. Thereafter, bidding increments will be $250.

By bidding in the sale, you agree that you have examined the calf and the calf meets with your full approval. No warranty or guarantee is made on any calf purchased for show purposes.

Payment in good funds is due upon conclusion of the auction. If you cannot take delivery of your calf immediately, we request you mail a check to us after the auction.

We request permission to identify you to other bidders. We do not jump bids and we appreciate your willingness to permit us to identify you to other bidders. We believe open bidding makes for a fair and honest auction. However, if you request that we keep your identity confidential we will honor that request.

All calves must be picked up on or before September 16, 2007. There will be a charge of $2.00 per day for calves not picked up before September 16 unless alternate arrangements are made. We want to accommodate our buyers and we will do our best, but we need the space in our lots. Please make every effort to take timely delivery of your calves.
